Patrick Stowe's obsession with excellence is well displayed in his elegant, top-tier Pinot. A ripe and complex nose of spiced-up cherries over floral and earthy notes floats above a concentrated and superbly weighted palate. Velvet textures and well integrated acidity contribute to the quality. The finish is expansive, long and gently drying, with plenty of fine-grained tannins. Seductive.
